Why choose online therapy?

Online therapy offers flexibility, privacy, and accessibility, allowing you to receive expert mental health care from the comfort of your home without the hassle of commuting.

Who do you work with?

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, complex PTSD, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients are professionals seeking long-term therapy for personal growth and healing.

I currently accept Medi-Cal/Carelon Behavioral Health (only in Northern California Counties). I can provide a super-bill for out-of-network insurance.
